We've got a deliverable tomorrow...of course.
I need a 4" x 7" x 0.200 piece of brass. We took some 0.500" brass and band sawed it down the middle. We attained the thickness but both halves have "potato" chipped. Any ideas or solutions to flatten it back so that I have a pretty true surface acing down in the vise?
