Bit of a late response, but Micro-mark "same stuff" should work well. Same Stuff, is not a glue, but a water thin solvent that will seep into the seam and melt the pieces together. This is the typical method used in manufacturing of display cases and other acrylic products. The solvent creates the bond and evaporates off very quickly. It is a solvent and does smell, so ventilation would be needed.

Very generic title, I know. But I'm looking for suggestions or leads to a glue for gluing clear polished acrylic parts that:
Won't fog or chase a static charge across the part
Has the viscosity of thick milk so it will wick in to joints
Water cleanable but water resistant when dry
Dries clear-ish
Bonds polished acrylic surfaces
Resists cracking, tough
2 to 5 minute set up time, longer may be acceptable if parts can be clamped
Can be diassembled with care
Easily available
Smells good

I've used Goop and E6000 glues with some success but they are a little thick.
Curious about plain old Elmers white glue, RooClear, Liquid Fusion,
Clear Gorilla Glue. Any one have comments?
