Try thermoforming reflective/mirrored film. Could be window tint, reflective Mylar, etc. With some of this material, you could still achieve a dead front panel and light through it...if that’s something you wanted to do...

Have any of you pulled successful vacuum formed parts with a mirrored material? what kind of material did you use? How thick? How deep of a draw?
I'm afraid that if we try to form mirrored acrylic that the mirror treatment will either crack, chip or stretch too thin. Any insight is welcomed.
