I know it is late, but I just saw this posting and wanted to share that we often use Protocam in PA. They do excellent work, are reliable and helpful, too. |

Thank you so much everyone for the overwhelming response. We actually just got a SLA print job that we are quoting for and I have approached all the mentioned vendors for estimation, so the timing is perfect.
Hopefully we will get the job and maybe try out some of the vendors in the future.

Hi fellow APMM members,
My company in Detroit has been outsourcing our SLA printing to 3D Systems's Quickparts in the past few years whenever we have any needs for larger SLA parts since we do not have any large format SLA printers in house. However, we have so many issues dealing with them, for example, whenever there is an issue with the parts (which is clearly their fault), they always try to put the blame on us and never take up the responsibilities to fix the problem.
Maybe because they are such a big firm and they do such an enormous amount of printings, they don't care much about the small amount of printing that we do.
Can anyone recommend any SLA printing services company (preferably closer to Detroit) that is more customer-service minded and that they are willing to work with their customer to meet their needs?
