See answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the APMM's rescheduled Virtual Conference. If you still have questions, please call 315-750-0803 or email: [email protected]

If I have a paid registration to the APMM's Conf2020, either as an attendee or a vendor/exhibitor, will my registration be applied to the rescheduled Virtual event?
Yes, we are planning for a completely rescheduled event (only delivered electronically) - with many aspects of the Conference remaining the same: workshops, tours, vendor demos, social and networking opportunities. Your registration will be valid for the new dates. You do not need to do anything, but if you have questions and want to verify, please contact [email protected].

What if I can't attend the rescheduled Virtual Conference dates? Can I have a refund?
If you are unable to participate in the new dates because of a conflict, make a formal request to [email protected] and we will refund your payment in approximately 4-6 weeks.

Will the workshop offerings and schedule remain the same?
We are doing all we can to retain the great topics and fantastic presenters that we planned for our March Conference. Provided their schedules permit and the topic can be done virtually, presenters will remain the same. We may even have a few new topics to add!  [Workshop topic: Lessons Learned During Tough Times, anyone?]

What about tours?
So far, many of our tour hosts have told us that they will be able to give us a virtual tour during the new dates. If any changes take place, those registered for the tour will be able to decide how they want to proceed. We may even have a few (-- way outside of Seattle!) new locations to add now that we aren't bound by distance.
